This is already how the regular compiler `.show` handles `infix` (in fact I'm not sure why quote type printing doesn't just use that).

This is similar to how the regular compiler
.showhandlesinfixbut usingexplicit parens everywhere to not have to reimplement the precedence
logic (maybe quote type printing should just use
.showeventually).
